"Otherwise good, but the owner is very rude"

Unfortunately the owner (Prisca) is very rude to guests, yells and blames them. Other service people are friendly, but the owner is very unpleasant.

Amazing New Years Eve Meal From the moment we arrived, Vicky offered us fantastic service and a warm welcome. She was attentive throughout the evening ensuring everything was ok and made the evening really great fun. The food was beautiful, generous portions and very tasty. The rest of the staff were all super friendly too. We had a great night

Great location, nicely done, modern rooms

There’s no reception. The staff is weird, it looks like everything revolves around this woman (possibly the owner) and if you need anything you can only talk to her, and she’s not very nice either. Weird vibes
