Amazing breakfast

Good location in main village with bus stop couple of minutes away. Good facilities and exceptionally clean. Rooms were nice and we had a great view. Hotel generally quiet overnight and we all slept very well. Great service from friendly staff. Food was variable at times - not always the best quality or flavours. We never got any accompanying vegetables from the self service as they were always finished and never topped up. Bar area is small and lacking atmosphere, More like an extension to reception. Just a warning - the ski bus is a nightmare- rammed busy and often didn’t stop to pick up - took an hour to get to slopes one day - we could have walked faster to cable car. We won’t return to this hotel due to the bus disasters but no fault of the hotel. Generally a nice hotel but could do with some improvements in bar area and dinner service.

The location was great and parking is available (at an extra cost) which is incredibly convenient when you have a hire car. The breakfast that was included was fantastic. The setting is so picturesque and there’s a lovely deck where you can enjoy the views. The apartment was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and ample charging access. The hotel accommodated a late request for an additional person.

Our room was very noisy. There was no air conditioning unit in the room so we had to sleep with the door open as it was so hot but the traffic noise was unbearable. Suggest asking for a quiet room at the back. We had to ask for the correct of number of towels to be refreshed and there is no kettle provided in the room (we were also advised that tea would be an extra cost at night - thankfully we had our own). Supplies such as soap weren’t replenished. The ashtray was full of cigarette butts (I’m a non-smoker) on the balcony and smoke does waft between balconies and rooms.

We had a very nice and good stay at the hotel. Nice beds and a very good douche. Good food in the restaurant. Presca was a very nice and friedly hostes. The parkingplace is is large. Our car and motor Cycle are storend safe here

We stayed in this hotel between Feb 19 - 26th 2022. The landlady (Brista I think her name is) was very accommodating. The hotel was beautifully clean, the beds were comfortable and the hotel was quiet so we could sleep well after a hard day's skiing. We were on half board and ate in the restaurant every night. The food was excellent. All the staff were very friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel was conveniently situated for going to Ortisei, Plan de Gralba and Selva itself with a bus stop only 20 metres from the front door. Also, the boot and ski room had heated boot racks. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you for looking after us so well.

We have just returned from the most fantastic weeks skiing in the Dolomites. What can I say about this gem of a Hotel. We were immediately greeted by a lovely man who carried our bags across the Road. As we walked through into the reception, the owner, Prisca, a friendly and warming character, cheekily welcomed us as if old friends! We were taken to our newly refurbished room, warm, comfortable and everything we needed with plenty of space for everything. We dined every evening to a 5 course set menu with a great choice! Breakfast was plentiful and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. Prisca was on hand every day, her wit and charm keeping us amused. The boot room was heated and large to ensure your not bumping into other skiers. Located right in the centre, next to the bus stop where a ski bus every 10/15 mins took you 30 seconds to the road to the number 29 gondala. This of you who think ski in ski out is the way forward, don’t be out off, this was so easy! You could go in any direction to Ortesi, St Christina for the most amazing skiing! We could actually ski back to the hotel through the back of the town! This amazing hotel does not get enough praise! The week was ripped of by a complimentary bottle of prosseco for one of our party who’s birthday it was! Prisca had checked dates on passports and surprised us! The Crystal website doesn’t do it justice! A family run, comfortable and welcoming hotel, not 5 star, but a 5 star home feeling! Thank you to Prisca and the Staff! We will return!
