Meritas Seawind Beach Resort, Shrivardhan

Couldn’t experience, may not go there again!

Unfortunately we had a last minute hassle on our way to the resort because of which we had to turn away. I know it was a last minute cancel request but we did request them to change the date if possible. They were completely sold out so it was possible. Most hotels will offer you credit for a later date in such last minute hassles. At this place was a CLEAR NO. They didn’t even want to hear what happened or even offer a listen. They said to contact booking.com, which we did. Booking.com later messaged the hotel didn’t pick up the phone on them when they tried to reschedule. Hotel won one night stay’s money even though we didn’t stay the night. They could have easily offered credit for another night which we could have rescheduled and would have also brought them additional revenue through the bar and restaurant etc. Nobody won that day. We turned back halfway and hotel was happy to cash in on an empty room I guess.

The landscape garden was a nice good green area lovely flower garden..

Food was very poor 😞 quality swimming pool was not available for guest not clean 😞 they charged us for room at time of checking and no facilities available such as swimming pool no order food was available exuese for everything..

Swimming pool was not cleaned properly. Room doesnot provided with refrigerator and the wifi connection was too slow. With the family with small kids, we didnt have calm night. Until morning 4am was with some lound speaker around the resort.

Clean rooms, good location and very good staff

Water flow was very less compared to normal speed for our room

Toilet flush was old and not working properly... Had to press it really hard

Central, clean and restaurant was great.
