"Wonderland. You will not want to go home."

It is in a wonderful location. Beautiful views. The garden and the surroundings are breathtaking. The rooms and bathrooms are meticulously designed. Clean to the max. The bathroom is spacious, comfortable. The bed is comfortable. The common dining room is beautifully furnished, with attention to everything. The owners are extremely kind and friendly. The breakfast is prepared with their own hands. We would love to return!

A truly wonderful place to stay. Great accommodations with the warmest owners. The breakfast was wonderful. Fresh, tasty, and thoughtful with individual names on your table setting to be seated. Nice touch. We will return!

Spectacular location on the quiet hillside overlooking the port of San Benedetto. Excellent breakfast with home-baked treats daily. helpful and gracious hosts.

I f google maps tell you to go DOWN Contrada de Santa Licia, DON’T, unless you have a 4WD Jeep. Go UP the short paved access from below.

"Relax with sea view"

The property is a very nice house surrounded with olive and fruit trees on the hill overlooking to the sea. From our room we had an open view to the sea! As well as from the balcony where we spent a lot of relaxing time. The owners are really nice. Angelica gave us many tips of local events in the surrounding small villages. The breakfast was excellent with home made pastries, fruit and of course excellent coffee. The fridge in the room is very important so you could enjoy a nice cold beer on the balcony.
