Friendly staff with easy check in / check out. Snacks / coffee facilities available at all times (to be paid for if used)

The room was much more run down than the image appears to show, and the bathroom was not in great shape.

The heater was not working, and the following day the bathroom door would not close properly, causing water to spill outside. Additionally, the hand shower kept slipping from its holder.

Great location close to transport, the stay included with complimentary bus pass around the city came very handy. Room was very spacious and the bathroom.
