Very quaint.

It didn’t bother us but the stairs might be an issue for some. I found it part of the charm.

Очень странное впечатление осталось от отеля. Хорошее месторасположение, прямо в историческом центре. В номере относительно чисто. Персонал вежливый, помогли донести вещи до номера. Но лестница, по которой можно подняться на третий этаж - это на грани самоубийства. Я много видела отелей и лестниц, но такого ужаса я ещё не видела. Следующий момент - завтрак . Он неплохой, но подаётся в общем зале кафе, куда постоянно заходят люди с улицы. Меня это ужасно напрягало. Но и самое ненормальное: в отеле не работает интернет. То есть абсолютно. Как так может быть в наше время? И последнее: пожалуйста, вымойте выключатели света в комнате и коридорах. Они такие грязные, что неприятно к ним прикасаться. Пусть в комнате все старое, но оно должно быть чистым.

Very nice hotel in a 19th century building. It has a balcony with a wonderful view of the street in front of the hotel. The room was big and had a nice antique look and feel. Breakfast was excellent and served in the cafe on the ground floor. This cafe has an old world look and feel and is very popular with locals. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The location is excellent to visit the attractions of Ghent.

This was not a problem for me, but there is no elevator. The steps are narrow and steep, but the wonderful staff willingly took my luggage up to my room. The only concern and downside I had, was the balcony need some up keeping, but it certainly had a wonderful view.

L'ensemble du personnel est vraiment sympathique et chaleureux. Nous avons apprécié l'excellent emplacement de cet établissement.

Muy limpio y cómodo. La ubicación espectacular

Nos tocó la habitación en el tercer piso, al cual se accede únicamente por escaleras muy empinadas.

Sehr gute Ausgangslage für Stadterkundung; Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel gleich in der Nähe gutes und ausreichendes Frühstück

Sehr steile, enge Treppe zu den Zimmern; kein TV auf den Zimmern; Zimmer wurden während des Aufenthaltes (3 Nächte) nicht gereinigt und auch keine Bette gemacht etc.
