موقعه هادئ وجميل وعلى جبل الانترنت جيد ملاصق لمزارع ومنظرها جميل

لايوجد سيرفس للاجهزة المتنقلة فتضطر أن تشبك على انترنت الفندق! لاتوجد حوله خدمات نهائيًا المطعم غالي وغير جيد! لايوجد خيارات وخاصة بعد الساعة التاسعة فقط كباب بلحم بقر أو صدر دجاج! لاتوجد خدمة حمل حقائب! شخص واحد هو الذي يستقبلك ويخدمك في غرفتك ويسجل طلبك في المطعم ويخدمك في المطعم وذلك في أول يوم حضرت فيه. وهو شاب ودود ومحترم لكن يحتاج لتطوير نفسه في اللغة العربية والإنجليزية وخاصة أن كثيرًا من السياح عرب أو يتحدثون الإنجليزي ولانعلم لغة البوسنة! ولأنه شخص واحد فنادرًا مايرد عليك إذا اتصلت على الاستقبال فتضطر أن تنزل وتبحث عنه لتتفاهم معه كل مرة! ثم جاءت امرأة كبيرة في السن وبدأت تساعده في ثاني يوم والأيام التي بعدها. الغرف لايتوفر فيها كلينكس فقط بالحمام! لايتم توفير الماء نهائيا إلا بالشراء! لايتم توفير الشاي إلا بالشراء! لايوجد شطاف في الحمامات! بعض الحمامات فيها نوافذ كبيرة ومطلة على الخارج! دفع المطعم فقط بطاقة ولايستلمون كاش! ولايستلمون كاش أصلا في الفندق كما في الصورة! السرير مزعج جدًا وغير مريح! الإفطار بسيط جدًا ولاتجديد فيه! وليس بمستوى فندق نجمة واحدة حتى! مع توفير أومليت زيادة على المرفق بالصورة. خر علينا الماء من سقف الغرفة! خرجت بعد الفجر من الفندق لأتمشى قليلا ثم بعد عشر دقائق أردت الدخول للفندق فلم أستطع! لأنهم قد برمجوا الباب الرئيسي على الخروج فقط! ولايوجد أحد في الاستقبال فاضطررت إلى الاتصال بابني لينزل ويفتح لي الباب الرئيسي للفندق😂

الموقع جميل و الاطلالة و الجلسات الخارجية كلها جميلة و ما أنسى تعامل الموظفين أيضا يستحق التجربة و العودة مرة أخرى

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location is near to several key tourist attractions, which made exploring the natural of Bosnia villages. The room was clean and well-maintained, and I truly appreciated the high standard of housekeeping. All the staff members were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay, which added to the overall positive experience. The hotel is situated in a very quiet and secure area, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Despite this, I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again. I hope the hotel management considers my feedback to help improve the few areas where I noticed gaps. The hotel manager (SABINA) is amazing person and very helpful and friendly, she is great manager

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. However, I would like to highlight a few areas where improvements could enhance the guest experience: The breakfast selection was quite limited. It would be great to see more variety and a wider range of dishes included in the offering to better cater to different preferences. The bathroom could benefit from the installation of a hand spray (hand shutoff spray), as many guests may not prefer to use toilet tissue rolls. Hotel slippers were not provided in the room, which is a basic amenity expected in this category of hotel. Most importantly, the shower area lacked curtains or a partition, causing water to spread across the entire bathroom floor, which can be both inconvenient and unsafe. I hope this feedback is helpful in enhancing the overall quality of service for future guests. Thank you.

Das Personal war super freundlich. Wer Ruhe sucht, der findet sie hier.

Das Essen ist viel, viel zu teuer für das Gebotene. Es war nichts Besonderes. Der Standard des Zimmer war gut (mit Ausnahme des unglückligen Duschendesigns: alles wird nass), aber den gleichen Standard kriegt man anderswo für das halbe Geld (ich zahlte knapp 130 €/ N). Der Name "Resort" ist irreführend. Es handelt sich um ein ganz gewöhnliches Hotel in einem bosnischen Dorf. Das gesamte Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist komplett daneben.

Zajtrk je bil zelo skromen ena vrsta salame. Lahko bi naredili dodatni zajtrk , omleto jajci ali skuhali hrenovke.

Doručak jako skroman,tuš kabina mala ali to bi još bilo ok kada bi postojala vrata da se zatvori-loše rješenje izvedbe, 1 mala bočica šampona,body gela i regeneratora za 2 osobe Osoblje jako simpatično ali osim ključeva od sobe,ne daje više informacija
