Das Hotel war die letzte Station unserer zweiwöchigen Rundreise durch BiH. Wir haben 2 Nächte hier verbracht und uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Hotelmanagement verfolgt die Philosophie, nur Menschen aus dem Dorf einzustellen. In einer Region mit hoher Arbeitslosigkeit ein toller Ansatz! Noch läuft nicht alles superprofessionell, aber die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich und engagiert. Beim Abendessen wurden wir von den beiden jungen Männern, die hier in Ausbildung sind, äußerst zuvorkommend serviciert. Das Essen selbst war mit regionalen Zutaten frisch zubereitet und war das Beste auf unserer gesamten Rundreise. Ein Lob auf die Köchin!

Great location and room size was great. Kitchen staff very accommodating which was appreciated after long day cycling.

Das Hotel ist von einer wunderschönen Bergwelt umgeben. In einer E-Mail informierte ich das Hotel über den 60. Geburtstag meines Ehegatten, wir erhielten ein kostenloses Upgrade auf eine ganz tolle Suite und bekamen am Geburtstag das Frühstück auf das Zimmer serviert. Das Frühstück war super, inclusive Torte und Sekt, Ei, Wurst, Käse, Marmelade, Schokolade, Obst in allen Variationen, Gemüse - es war einfach alles da, was man sich nur vorstellen kann. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig. Das Personal ist zurückhaltend, sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die nähere Umgebung mit der Natur und den Wasserfällen ist traumhaft. Wir kommen bestimmt noch einmal!

The location in the heart of Una national park is great. Some employees were very kind and tried to do their best. The breakfast was very well furnished and very good.

There is no advice or recommendation regarding the activities, hikes, visits in the Una national park which is really pity. We stayed 4 days and we would appreciated some advices. The bed is very hard, difficult to have a nice sleep. The pillows are very low, we asked for higher pillows but they only furnished second same pillow. The water flow in the bathroom sink was unbelievably low, very difficult for shaving, and the reception couldn’t do anything for that. At the restaurant, there is no menu. Each evening we had a very small choice, we heard that there is no chief to cook and we have to choose between 3-4 meals during all our staying. Unfortunately there is no lobby and nothing else to do than sitting and ordering something at the restaurant. The bathroom is very tiny, and shower has no door, the water flows everywhere in the bathroom.

Lijepi novi hotel, cist,uredne sobe, udobni kreveti i ljubazne djelatnice koje ga odrzavaju.Hotel ima veliki šudrani parking u sklopu hotela .

Hotel nema nikakvih sadrzaja , sobe nemaju terasu.
