Evertything was perfect. The chalet is very cozy and comfy. Shower and bed were great and breakfast included was excellent.

It's a bit far away from the centre of La Roche and a bit pricy as well. The lady was very helpful and friendly but the man was a bit weird. When I arrived he chained the dog, a wonderful and playful Dalmata. I asked him, is it dangerous? He replied no. When I put my hand on the dog the man slapped my hand. It was ridiculous. I felt like a child. He needs to review his OCD with a psychologist.

I liked the individual entry and coziness of the room. Also the smell of fresh laundry of towels & bedlinen. The surroundings of the room was very beautiful as well.

Quite old furniture, worn-out bedlinen and towels and the floor was quite noisy.

The scenary, the quiteness, the breakfast

We had the family room , just above the kitchen. You could smell the fumes from the restaurant kitchen out side of the room ( not inside ), but still not ideal.

The apartment in the 2n floor of a restaurant. It's clean and has an easy parking. WiFi works perfectly and it was clean. There is a small fridge in the room and a coffee machine

The access to the apartment is by some iron stairs with a fence that perfectly a child or a dog might fall down (4m gap). No safe at all. Also in these stairs is the fume chimney of the restaurant's kitchen. It smells fries all the time. The host was really rude with us. We were only 10 mins late for the check out and she was in the door asking us to leave in a rush. We asked nicely if we could have some minutes to pack our things but she was really unpolited. She charged us 10 extra euros for bringing our dog with us ( that was not specificied in the reservation) and another 10 extra euros for asking a second set of blankets for a second bed ( there were 2 beds in the room and one without the blankets). The house is ok. The host not so friendly with us.

The food was excellent, lovely room with a great view across the valley. The room was nice and comfortable and was accessed via a metal staircase up the side of the building. The only downside was the TV reception, which was intermittent. But the evening meals were great.

Great place for an outdoor breakfast. Beautiful landscape. We were lucky in the weather too. ☀️
