Lugar novo, bem limpo, espaçoso, com as necessidades básicas. Café simples, mas preenche as expectativas. Bom preço. Apenas 4 min do centrinho de Paty.

Meu quarto, apesar de novo, já tinha umas manchas de mofo. Nada grave. Mas bom para ficar atento.
