localização boa, tamanho do quarto bom,

acesso ao pavimento superior através de escada de madeira em caracol (não é apertada, mas requer uma atenção maior). Houve imprevisto de falta d'água que foi informado ser bomba queimada. A falta d'água ocorreu desde 22 hs até a saída no dia seguinte. Muito tempo.

Atendimento é ótimo, as meninas são super simpáticas e nos deram várias dicas de passeio. Café da manhã é muito gostoso, tem bastante variedade. Quarto confortável, com ar condicionado e ventilador de teto, camas confortáveis, banheiro grande, chuveiro maravilhosoooo. O espaço de fora é confortável e tranquilo, a piscina é ótima. Localização é ótima, fizemos tudo a pé, tudo é perto! Eu voltaria com toda certeza e indico para qualquer um!

Toda a gente que trabalha na recepção foi extremamente afável e prestável. Ajudaram com tudo, desde pequenas logísticas do quarto e pequenas acomodações de que eu precisava até marcar passeios de acordo com o os nossos gostos. Qualquer coisa que não estivesse em ordem tinham pessoal para vir concertar imediatamente. Se um dia voltar a Paraty, é aqui que fico outra vez!
