"Attitude problem"

6.0

The room got flooded when it rained and instead of apologising the owners blamed their landlord. They did help us dry the floor but insisted not to be responsible. Shit happens and I'm the last to get upset if the attitude is right. Unfortunately that wasn't the case

The breakfast was perfect! All kind of Brazilian food, cakes in the most delicious coffee of the world! Started for the customer service that was fantastic, the owners are so friendly!!! This place is really clean and super close to the beach and to the center.
