Do tratamento recebido pelo Booking, muito stress, irrita a gente. Gera desconfiança, engessado, odeio me sentir refém.

"This is the worst experience I ever had in my backpacking “career”."

Maybe the thing that we could leave our bags in the room before we checked in.

-insects in the room (rooms are not isolated properly) -customer experience -the approach of the owner (she is really rude and cannot accept any complaint) -no breakfast (even though we paid for it), still suprised that it is listed in the offer?? -no reception
