Clean, good location, comfortable, complete breakfast, spacious room. Walking distance to old town, restaurants, shops, and bus terminal.

Breakfast is in a second floor, no elevator. Consider that if you can't walk up stairs. And I think the price could be a bit lower. Room with no views on the ground floor.
