A pousada é muito bem localizada e o atendimento espetacular. O acesso à praia fica a 50 metros de distância da pousada, podendo o hóspede optar entre usar guarda sol, cadeira e cooler disponibilizados pela própria pousada ou passar o dia nas estruturas de praia das pousadas/restaurantes (Praia Flô, Villas de Trancoso e Estrela d'água) que ficam ao lado do acesso à praia. Todos são educados, atenciosos e prestativos, sempre tentando agradar e tornar a experiência mais agradável. O café da manhã é excepcional!
