Localização excelente! Próximo a farmácias, mercados e restaurantes/lanchonetes, além de estar de frente para a praia.

A distância do chuveiro, em relação a parede de box, era muito curta. O que gerou um certo desconforto durante o banho. Mas não sei informar se ocorre nos outros apartamentos.
