Excelente localização (no centrinho histórico de piranhas). Dá pra ir andando para os bares que funcionam a noite. Funcionários super atenciosos, sobretudo do café da manhã e da portaria. Café da manhã bom, sem muita variedade, mas, fazem ovos, omeletes e tapiocas. Visual do local, decoração e vista para o rio muito legais. Destaque para o flautista que se apresenta no café da manhã, tornando o ambiente mais agradável ainda.

Jogo de cama e toalhas já estão bem desgastadas (poderiam renovar). Como sugestões de melhoria: fixarem porta toalhas no banheiro, deixar papel higiênico reserva (deixam apenas o que está em uso) e colocar sabonete liquido na pia do banheiro. No geral, vale o custo-benefício!
