- Apartamento com vista para o mar amplo e confortável (cama casal + 2 camas solteiro) com duas dependências, banheiro amplo e funcional (chuveiro elétrico); - Beira-mar e pé na areia; - Restaurante com boas opções e diversos pratos, e com preços adequados; - Tranquilidade e reservado, isolado das agitações; - Excelente atendimento de todos os empregados; - Toda a região é linda, águas calmas e quentes, areia fina. Paraíso maravilhoso e bem preservado; - O hotel é muito procurado por praticantes de Kite surf com instalações de guarda de equipamentos e até escolinha;

- Acesso ao hotel somente pela areia da praia por 1,7Km do final asfaltado da Rua São José. Só com veículos 4X4 de porte passam pela areia, inviável alugar carro, mesmo se for SUV 4X2 (eu atolei tentando passar com um VW T-Cross); - Preços cobrados dos “táxis” sem taxímetro do trecho do hotel para Preá exorbitantes (mínimo R$80 ida e volta); - Preço dos transfers ou “táxis” para passeio a Jericoacoara exorbitantes (R$ 300,00~500,00 ida e volta). Não é recomendável ir de veículo próprio ou alugado, pois o trecho de cerca de 12Km de Preá até Jeri é de terra e areia acidentado e passando por riacho; - Não tem TV no quarto;

We loved the place: right on the beach where we could kite, beautiful setting, beautiful houses, well maintained, friendly staff & owners, nice breakfast, and the cherry on the cake is the help with setting up the kite, launching and cleaning the gear 👍. We will be coming back

The access is tough: just from the beach; and the directions to get there are poor. We got stuck with our 2wd and the last few meters took very long. They sell just small bottles of water. Also, prices are generally higher in Prea than in other places.

Beautiful place, and very accomadating, nice amenities and great food at the resturant.

The road to get there is not easy, I wish I had seen the message about driving there, I almost got stuck. Lucky I had 4x4 truck to get there, and back out on the beach.

We could lay in bed or in the hammock looking at the sea 😋😌 The food is amazing! Staff is very helpful and nice 👍🏻 Feels safe, easy for kite surfing (bed to board).

Maybe a little far out from Preá but that's actually why it's so quiet and with so few people in the water.
