A localização é boa.

As instalações parecem não terem recebido manutenção desde a construção. Tomadas em padrão antigo e muitas com espelho quebrado, trazendo perigo de curto circuito ou choque. A limpeza se caracteriza por terem varrido o chão, apenas isso. Mau cheiro generalizado, e o quarto em particular, cheiro de cigarro impregnado. Panelas encardidas, copos de plástico descartáveis. Mobília danificada ou com remendos grosseiros. Enfim, só não fomos embora por não haverem outras opções disponíveis na hora. Péssimo
