Fiz a reserva, avisei pelo WhatsApp que chegaria apenas no dia seguinte, eles confirmaram o recebimento da mensagem, mas quando cheguei lá não havia ninguém para me recepcionar. Depois de uns 15/20 minutos apareceu uma pessoa e informou que não havia nenhuma reserva no meu nome. Tentei ligar e entrar em contato pelo WhatsApp e não responderam. Total falta de consideração e empatia. Tive que reformular toda a minha programação por causa disso. Péssimo! Não indico a ninguém!!!
