Bonito Paraiso Ilha Grande

Ilha Grande is stunning and Bonito Paraiso is located on a breathtaking beach.

There are a lot of factors that let this place down and made it really poor value for money. We paid about £200 a night which I would consider a more luxury hotel cost and this was anything but. At the last minute our room was changed from a forest room to the beach house which is a 8 minute walk from the main reception. This was spun to us as an upgrade but other than the nicer view this was definitely more inconvenient. The interior of the house was really old and scruffy and we felt very out of the way. The breakfast - this was so bad we skipped it most mornings. The buffet was covered in insects daily. If the climate means there will be a lot of insects then a buffet isn’t suitable and that should be obvious. The staff - friendly and nice but it felt more like a beach bar than a premium hotel. Overall we were very disappointed. This was supposed to be our treat stay on our honeymoon and we didn’t really enjoy it beyond the natural beauty of the location.

Room description was inaccurate but were offered a full refund when this was brought to the hotel’s attention. The situation was handled professionally.

Sincèrement ne venez pas dans cet hôtel. J’ai vu d’autres commentaires identiques et là je l’ai expérimenté : les prix au restaurant sont stratosphériques pour le Brésil et même pour la France ! Ils nous prennent vraiment pour des gros touristes de base c’est limite une arnaque car ils savent qu’il n’y a pas d’alternative à proximité le soir. Enfin bien que l’emplacement soit sympa, l’hôtel est assez vétuste en plus (ne pas avoir peur des marches si pas en front de mer). Bref passez votre chemin…

La cabaña de la floresta se quedó sin wi fi y a veces tenía mal olor

A localização é perfeita se vc quer só curtir a praia, mas para qq outra coisa tem q fazer 1h de trilha ou pagar um taxi-boat para ir para Abraão. A equipe do hotel é excelente. Gosto das opções de caiaque e stand up paddle q eles oferecem. A cama é bem confortável, o quarto tem varanda, rede e um desumidificador de ar, q ajuda a secar as roupas, já q o ambiente lá é muito úmido.

Só tem um restaurante ali, o q limita nossas opções. O pessoal do restaurante demora um pouco no atendimento, e a comida é bem cara para a quantidade servida. A internet na ilha é ruim, e hotel tenta melhorar isso com um monte de redes diferentes, mas normalmente quando cai uma, caem todas, não é muito confiável.
