Gostamos da localização e limpeza do quarto. Café bem simples.

Vou listar algumas coisas que não gostamos ; TV sem antena. Vazamento de água da chuva no quarto,, disponibilizaram pano e rodo p gente enxugar, odiamos essa situação. Garagem péssima, não é privativo, sempre tinha carro na garagem ou na frente do portão, ou não podíamos colocar o carro p dentro porque o responsável iria lavar o quintal, sem noção. Não indico.
