Falta de limpeza no 1° quarto com beliches, falta arrumação das camas/beliche, porta principal não fecha, porta do box do banheiro não fecha, geladeira no quarto muito velha, lixeira do banheiro sem tampa, ar condicionado antigo, não funciona bem, não refrigera o quarto.
