O chalé é super bem decorado e de bom gosto. A roupa de cama é de excelente qualidade. O café da manhã é maravilhoso.

Do barulho de festa de algum lugar próximo. Usei um protetor auricular e resolveu minha noite de sono

Pousada bem integrada a natureza. Bom cafe da manhã

Minha reserva do booking havia sido cancelada, sem motivo e sem me comunicar, o que foi resolvido pela pousada . Não me apresentaram a pousada, sendo q só descobri um belo mirante no ultimo dia .

O café da manhã é excelente, com frutas variadas todos os dias, bolos maravilhosos, os sucos deliciosos, além de ter granola caseira, geleias e requeijão da região (eles prezam muito por incluir ingredientes e produtos da culinária regional). Os funcionários são super gentis, atenciosos e prestativos. A experiência foi ímpar!

"Stay AWAY"

Last minute staff attempted to explain

Staff texted me that they wanted 50% downpayment. Then refused any proposed form of payment except a brazilian one called PIX , which i dont have since i am not Brazilian I offered to pay by card, revolut, paypal, or wise. They refused I showed up at the hotel and they told me that they went ahead and cancelled the booking without letting me know. Please stay away They should not be allowed to advertise on booking with such bad customer service and zero options to pay ahead of time. Please AVOID this place at all cost

"Do not stay here"

Nice pousada but expect very rude treatment

We paid for a chalet with jacuzzi The chalet entrance was by the service área and next door to the laundry room. There is constant noise! They charged us almost USD 100 claiming that we stained their towels. Be aware of this because they state is a polícia
