We have no complaints! We rather specially liked the following: - Communication with Hotel Staff - Easiness of check-in - Availability of drinks you can buy at the lobby - Small Kitchen Area in the room - Clean, modern - The pictures matched the real conditions

The location was really good, staff were super helpful and friendly, and available to help whenever needed. The living room and kitchen were very spacious.

One of the rooms was much smaller than the other (closet sized). The bathroom in the smaller room had a shower that leaked so we all used the larger bathroom. The AC wasn’t working in the smaller room, but this was fixed immediately when we reported the issue.

It was spacious, the air conditioning worked really good, and they were fast in responding.

There were ants everywhere, and a random kinda dead cockroach near the kitchen, and the mini bar was smelling bad, luckly we didnt have to use it.

really beautiful, private rooftop to watch the sunset. clean beautiful layout to the room. and very close walking distance to main street. awesome beaches were a close drive. really close to Felix beach which i would totally recommend.

It’s ok-ish. The location is good

Not comfortable beds, actually two beds are put together and slide apart during the night. It was super noisy, hard to sleep without earplugs. We had a room on the first floor and we could hear people talking outside, snoring loudly on the second floor etc. the room is smaller and more dated than you can see on the picture. And a lot of ants everywhere: on the floor, on the bedside tables, in the bathroom. For a couple of days it was fine, but I’m very happy we didn’t book it for longer

Sylvia, the owner was excellent from time of booking to checkout. She went out of her way to get anything we needed. The attention to detail from Ubatuba Flats was exceptional. We will definitely stay there again!!
