The place went above and beyond my expectations. I would have liked to have stayed longer but we had to leave for the airport

The room was very clean and organized. Check in was easy and stress-free. Matt and his team were very friendly and offered to help bring our luggage up the stairs. The rooms are on level 2 with amazing views overlooking the water. There is a swing by the water with a fire pit. The weather cooperated making our first night incredible. After a dinner at the local brewery, about a 20 min walk, we settled in for a fire and some drinks to watch the sunset from the swing. The shower was hot with good pressure the next morning. We will definitely stay there again.

There wasn't anything we disliked. However, if you are not a walker and like to have a few drinks with dinner it is about 20 minutes down the road from town. The road does not have a sidewalk so be prepared. Also, all rooms are on the 2nd floor so again, if you do not like stairs, consider an alternate location.

Excellent place to stay. Our only disappointment was that the restaurant was closed the night we stayed due to staffing issues, but we made due.

Cleanliness, location. Comfortable bed. Nice bedding.

Not a huge deal for us, but not much sound insulation between rooms.

What we really enjoyed was our Friday night in the restaurant with the entertainment. We also really liked the location of this particular accommodation. It was right on the water. And also, it was easy access to the highway. As well, I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in an accommodation that was as spotless as this one! The rooms were also beautifully appointed…. simple, but lovely decor,

The one thing that would make this accommodation better for their guests is to have a common area inside the inn ….aside from the restaurant. An area with a couple comfortable chairs where a person could sit and relax, look ant the view, and yet not feel obligated to order food or a drink. It poured rain one day and we were confined to our room. Our room only had a window in the door. It would’ve been nice to have had another place to sit, to play a game of cards or read, and see more daylight. Also, we were never told that breakfast was included with our room. We inquired about breakfast the day we arrived and our greeter simply stated, “that other guests were asking about breakfast as well…..and that they would check with the owners.” But there was no follow up. However. the day we were leaving the guests staying in the room next to us informed us that they received breakfast two days in a row because it was included in the room. You can imagine how disappointed we were.
