Dildo Boathouse Inn

The views. The price. The restaurants in the area. The outside tables and wharf.

The restaurant was closed and we did not know beforehand. We had to go out to eat. The door knob on the outside door to our room came off in my husbands hand and we had to get the owner to replace it.

We liked: the friendly staff, the cleanliness of the room, the view, the comfy bed & the jet tub.

We didn’t like: the patio was lacking privacy and there could have easily been a divider between the two suites to give each suite the privacy they paid for. Instead, there is a chain there between both suites which doesn’t allow you to enjoy your time with your own company in a private manner. Also, the door going to the patio is broken and hard to close. The door that leads to the hallway let in a lot of light at night and the door leading outdoors let in a lot of light at night from the porch as there was no curtain.

Everything was great. The bathroom was exceptional!

The only thing that I would recommend you fix is the Blind on the door. When I got light out, around 5 AM, it was too hard to sleep. Other than that, we loved it.

Very nice room, Restaurant was also great. Food Very good!

We just stayed the one night. It was clean and comfortable! When we arrived we were greeted and then left the next day to continue our travels. I highly recommend staying, it is very clean, and service was wonderful!

Everything was excellent, everyone was professional, but very friendly. The restaurant was also excellent and the room was clean and very comfortable.

The keyless entry, not sure but I think the codes for each room were the same, as later in the night after we had gone to bed the person staying across the hall use the code and tried to get into our room thinking it was their room, my husband woke and asked them what they wanted as they were opening the door and in realizing that they had the wrong room shut the door and left.
