毎朝の散歩が楽しみなくらいロケーションは最高でした。 コーヒー紅茶が自由に飲めるのが有り難かった。

ドアというドアが閉まらないので修理は必要かと思います。

room was spacious and comfortable. Location was 10min walking distance to downtown Banff. Staff was EXCELLENT.

TOO HOT during the night. Comforter was too heavy and replaced it with a blanket after the 2nd/3rd night. Not enough soap - prefer soap bars rather than bottles.

Rustig gelegen, maar toch dicht bij het centrum. Personeel was zeer vriendelijk. Er is een gezamenlijke keuken die van alle gemakken, incl koffie en een eigen deel van een koelkast is voorzien. Zou het een volgende keer weer direct boeken.

"If we ever get to Banff again, this is the only place we would stay."

Staff was wonderful and communicated via text asking if there was anything we needed. Community kitchen was extremely organized and met our needs. Location was perfect for walking to town.

No complaints whatsoever.
