I like the entire facility. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The location is great and it's very comfortable. Although food is not included, they still provide some food items such as oatmeal, milk, tea, and some toppings for the oatmeal.

Nothing to complain about. It was not as formal as a hotel but that was expected.

The location was walking distance to restaurants, shops and several walks and hikes. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our room and bathroom were very comfortable and clean. We would come back!

Cozy accommodation, great kitchen area, quiet neighborhood, 10-15min walk from Banff Ave and the most comfortable bed! Easy check in and check out.
