Le fait qu’on nous dise qu’il nous réserve un taxi pour l’arrivée et que cela n’a pas été fait. Et ne pas pouvoir laisser nos bagages pendant 2 jours le temps d’une excursion à Puerto Natales
GBThe room was a good size with a comfortable bed, and the bathroom was clean. The location is perfect; close to the waterfront as well as many restaurants. The breakfast is average, but exactly as expected for a hostel - no complaints. The staff were wonderful and really helped me when I needed to book an additional night because of a delayed ferry.
GBIt’s in a lovely old building with character. The rooms are spacious and warm with good showers. The staff was super helpful. The location is great, walkable from the bus sur terminal and to the Main Street. They prepare a lunch box for you if you need to leave before the breakfast time.
It has a lot of potential but some small improvements would make it perfect. It doesn’t have tea / coffee facilities, you have to ask the staff every time if you want some water boiled. It doesn’t have laundry facilities but it is located close to a laundry shop if needed. If people leave early you will hear all the noise as the building is old with creaky floors.
ESEstá ubicado en el centro de Punta Arenas cerca andando de todos los lugares de interés. La habitación estaba muy limpia, ordenada funcionaba bien el wifi. Buena calidad precio y amabilidad del personal del hotel.
