Villa Verde

Very clean. Peaceful. Polite and welcoming host. Easy and shaded parking. Small, but nice and relaxing swimming pool. There's an exceptional seafood restaurant, as well as a mini-market, at close driving distance ("Liogerma")

Nothing is walking distance, though technically you can walk to a couple of places, but it will take >20 mins. That's not something that can change, and it's not really a problem, I'm just mentioning it so that people know they'll need their vehicle for (almost) everything

Very nice apartment! Close to the city of Leukada. Very clean also. Nice pool for relaxing. The owner is very kind and helpful. Value for money. Recommend it.

Other than the small kitchen nothing negative.

Let’s start with the fact that we were welcomed very warmly and helped with everything. The location is a bit far from the popular beaches, but it’s close to the city and shops. Keep in mind that you will definitely need a car to get around.

The only downside is the poor internet. This caused us a lot of discomfort — we couldn’t even watch our national football team’s match and got really frustrated. But that’s okay, I would just recommend the host to fix this issue.

Bellissima la villa con una piscina molto graziosa, stanze con cucinotto e frigo, bagnetto con doccia e camera molto graziosa. Grande il balcone con veranda per un vero relax. Piante profumate e con frutti da cogliere...tutto il complesso davvero grazioso.

The nice host (Mr. Spyros) gave us a warm welcome, showed us the room, and handed over the keys personally. The location was fine, about a 10–15 minute walk to the windy Agios Ioannis beach. A very comfortable mattress and a nice view from the balcony (room A8). The surroundings of the villa were very nice and well maintained. Covered parking space. Rooms cleaned every day.

The biggest downside was our bathroom, which was very small and had an unpleasant smell (probably from the drain). The air conditioning is positioned opposite the bed, so if you’re lying down, you need to keep it off (unless you don’t mind having the air blow directly on you). The Wi-Fi connection was not stable.
