Big room, nice vibe, friendly atmosphere, beautiful pool, and great location

Great value for money. Lovely staff. Bedroom had lots of storage space, huge super king size bed. 2 minutes walk to main square and right beside the police station so it feels super safe. Super quiet room and great AC.

The hotel was well located and the staff very friendly and helpful. The pool was lovely and always clean. There was free coffee and drinking water always available.

The staff are really friendly and the pick-up from the airport was excellent.

We stayed twice to bookend a trip upriver. It was quiet, the pool was great and the location right next to Park Santander meant getting anywhere was easy. Great coffee and we were met at the airport by a staff member.

The first room was huge with a great bed, the second room was much smaller and had a very creaky bed which should be fixed.

Property was clean and staff were helpful. I had my own room with a good working a/c

Shower only had cold water.

The booking was confirmed, then only a vague message with wrong reference not possible. I asked for clarification, didnt get any. Do not trust your confirmation!
