Zum Check in niemand da mehrfach telefonisch versucht jemanden zu erreichen Das 1. Zimmer Heizung kaputt Wechsel zu anderen Zimmer kein persönlichen Kontakt nur telefonisch wurde gefragt wegen Frühstück um 7,30 Uhr geht klar wurde gesagt. Um 7,30 Tür verschlossen Telefonisch wieder angerufen Aussage ich hätte nicht gebucht. Gestern wurde gesagt ich kann Morgens bezahlen diese Übernachtung ist absolut nicht empfehlenswert So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt!!! NOCHMALS NICHT ZU EMPFEHLEN !

"1x und nie wieder"

Keine Rezeption Schlüssel bekommt man aus Holzkasten übers Telefon. 1. Beschwerde DZ mit Balkon gebucht und bezahlt, bekommen erst DZ ohne Balkon wurde nach den 2.Telefonat sofort geändert Schlüssel darf man sich selber aus der Holzkiste nehmen. Im Haus herrscht ein nicht appetitlicher Geruch. Zimmer war ok. Kleiderschrank fällt bald auseinander, Dusche schmutzig Heizung in Bad ( Elektro) kochte vor sich hin schön warm im Bad. Bett steht auf Bierdeckeln. Heizung im Schlaf Bereich Fehlanzeige. Wurde nicht warm auf Stufe 5 und das bei minus Graden. Frühstück ausreichend man wird satt es wird aber nicht nach gefüllt man muss immer fragen. Was wir noch nie erlebt haben das wir unseren Tisch selber decken mussten. Zum Thema Heizung, die gute Frau von Frühstück läuft selbst beim Frühstück läuft selbst mit schal und Mütze rum.
