Pension Mittelallgäu

Wir hatten eine Übernachtung. Sah von außen nicht so sehr ansprechend aus aber das Zimmer war sehr sehr schön, sauber. Das Bad ausreichend und auch sauber. Man ist dort etwas abgelegen und muss sich eine Gaststätte suchen. In dieser Region sind sehr sehr viele Restaurants geschlossen. Wir haben ein sehr nettes Lokal gefunden.

Sehr verwaiste Gegend inzwischen, viele viele geschlossene Restaurants, geschuldet durch die jetzt großen Umgehungen.

Apartment was big, cozy and a lot of space. Kitchen had everything we needed.

I found a dead worm in my bed under the blanket. It was really disgusting. I have no idea how it could crawl up to the bed, especially under the blanket but I really do not want to believe it was put where on purpose by staff, but it was where and I had to wash my bed sheet at night. Also where is no staff, it was hard to even find someone to pay and to give signed agreement

Very friendly and hospitable, dog friendly, and very relaxed with a boutique, personal service kind of vibe. The manager was friendly and helpful and made my two whippets very very welcome which is lovely when travelling. After arriving after a long drive we sat outside for some food at the restaurant and whilst waiting to be brought menu's, they arrived with two cushions for our seats - without asking for them. Everything was very clean, food and drink was very nice. Good continental breakfast buffet. Lovely picturesque location, very close to the motorway and the guest house itself was a very pretty. When asking the manager for things - nothing was a bother which was amazing considering he looked extremely busy and took the time to explain the menu etc. I would highly recommend if you want a relaxing, chilled place to stay with lots of picturesque outdoors space.

Although the shower was very good with lots of power and steady temperature, the shower head would not quite stay put. But its a minor point & only mentioning it as I have been asked for a negative - The shower was good with room to move around and I would rather this niggle than a weak shower with the hot and cold going up and down alternating between scalding and freezing.
