"Really good property for a small group. Good value, but terrible customer service."

The property was large with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. I had intended to stay with one other person and share it so it was a very good value. But the people never showed up until almost 6 o’clock to get me the keys so I lost my fellow traveler, and kind of had an anxious afternoon waiting for the property personnel. There was no explanation and there was no apology. Was very frustrating and I would not recommend their customer service. However I would stay at that place again based upon facility. Got a nice balcony overlooking Road with water in the distance. I spent an anxious afternoon rather than a calm, quiet afternoon because of their customer service problems. I sent about 10 messages which never really even got responded to except by automated and that was way too late. Place, terrible customer service
