The Royal Oak Inn

Lovely location, friendly helpful staff.

The room was quite chilly when the weather dropped, the radiator didn't seem to get that warm. We had to use an electric plug in one which was a nuisance when arriving back in from the cold to find you had to wait for the room to reheat to get warm.

Lovely hotel close to the lake. Rooms comfortable. Staff friendly and food excellent.

The service was second to none, we felt so at home, the staff were so friendly and polite, the room was very clean and comfortable, the breakfast was great, we’ll definitely be back, thank you.

Bathroom and shower were a little bit dated with very low pressure and fluctuating temperature . Breakfast was tasty but options were limited and it would be nice if it was served later .

The staff are brilliant and friendly, and the food and drink that is available both for breakfast, and during the day was really tasty and good value.

Breakfast times were a little rigid and there were elements of the B&B that could do with a refresh as it was a little dated.
