The Albert Inn

Das Frühstück war okay, aber es gab keinen Filterkaffee. Das Pub im Haus fanden wir sehr gut! Es herrscht eine schöne Atmosphäre.

Bett war zwar sauber aber es hat gewackelt, wenn man sich nachts gedreht hatte. Der Vorhang war schief, Wandschrank vollgestopft und nicht abgeschlossen. Durch den Teppichboden, sehr viel Staub im Zummer.

Besonders das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit,das Essen war hervorragend!

Der Zugang zu den Zimmern war erschwert, für ältere Personen Recht schwierig

Room was a decent size clean staff was really nice. Food was really, really good.

Shower/toilet can be made bigger to include the sink

Looked unpleasant from outside. Bed was comfy but felt as if each half were on a slope

Standard of dinner was excellent. Breakfast and breakfast room good.

Meal deals advertised outside were out of date. Sky Sports advertisement outside was out of date, no sports channel. No heating working in bedrooms or bar/restaurant. Bedding and towels clean but room itself hadn't seen a proper clean in quite a while. Staircase narrow with a sharp turn. Fire doors difficult to open and too close to corridor doors. In the event of a fire, exit would be impeded by the stairs and fire doors. We stayed over the weekend. Tradesmen stay there during the week- why should their comfort and safety count for less than anyone else? There was a big overcharge for a meal. It was put right with a sort of apology, but felt very uncomfortable.
