Helpful staff, lovely room, good value for money and great location

Ideal position for visiting Truro. Staff were friendly enough. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable.

Bedroom and bathroom very tired. Bathroom windows draughty so very chilly in the morning. Hardly any plugs in room, although there was a kettle and coffee etc there was really no where to plug it in except under the dressing table on the floor.

Great location. So central to all amenities.

The room was “tired”. Have stayed there before so wasn’t expecting the room to be as it was. There was a dusty fan in the corner of the bedroom, and a broken tile on the bathroom floor. The bed was not comfortable either.

I've been staying here on and off for a few years when visiting family. The staff are always very welcoming. The rooms are very generous in size as are the ensuites.

Ititially the rooms were of high standard however they are beginning to show their age now. Mattresses are beginning to sag in the middle and the furniture is becoming worn. The rooms are always clean however the communal hallway carpet could really do with a deep clean. Some of the bathrooms have small patches of damage to tiles etc that detract from what is otherwise a good bathroom offering.

The location was absolutely excellent. It could not have been anymore central . It was right next to the Cathedral.

The curtain pole with the net curtain fell down at one end .
