GBPerfect location. Friendly staff. No interference regarding coming and going.
The TV didn't work. There was no hot water tap that worked in the basin. The window was filthy and the frame was rotten ,and no one came in to top up the milk/ tea bags/ biscuits. When I reported it to them ,they said it had been reported to them but forgot which room it was.
GBLocation is perfect, room was bright clean comfortable. Well decorated.
Lack of parking. Window would not shut due to swollen wood. No shelf or place for toiletries in bathroom. Hot water would not work Sunday night/Monday morning.

Found the staff unfriendly not very welcoming. Totally understand room is above a pub and there would be nosies, the biggest noise was from doors leading to pub bar from rooms slamming constantly.
