Lovely location, very comfortable rooms. Good selection for breakfast.

It was a shame that the pub was shut at 7.30pm on Sunday night as we came back in to have a drink, but were unable to. The service was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately though, the complimentary biscuits and coffee etc were not restocked on Sunday.

Great location close to Alnwick Gardens/ Lilidorei, well equipped room with everything we needed and an amazing bath. Would definitely stay again.

Shame the food here stopped so early. We ended up on a magical mystery tour around Alnwick looking for food and nearly missed check in. Eat early or risk not eating at all, everywhere shuts early and what’s left open is heaving.

The staff were very friendly

The fridge in the room was not clean, had dried spilled milk which had been there a while. The unit with tea/coffee and kettle had not been cleaned, coffee/tea spills and the carpet not vacuumed properly We had dinner in the restaurant, I had to send my main dish back twice as it was cold. By the time I received my main dish, my partner had finished his food. Breakfast was not great either. The springs in the mattress were damaged/broken at a particular bit, so was not as firm in some places and was very squeaky every time I moved. Considering the price paid for this King size deluxe bedroom room , it most certainly wasn’t worth it. Very disappointing, won’t be back and certainly would not recommend.

A very warm welcome, staff were very helpful and got us settled. The pub was warm, good ales, the food was exceptional. The room was very spacious, very clean, comfy beds and a large ensuite with a good shower. Honestly, couldn't have wanted more! Would highly recommend and would happily stay again! 10/10 👍

A great place to stay; beautiful village location with tastefully decorated rooms and most importantly friendly and welcoming staff! Breakfast was 10/10! We had an evening meal and the food was brilliant. Perfect location for exploring in and around Northumberland. Would definitely recommend and return! a perfect family weekend!

Everything about this place and the gorgeous surroundings is something myself and my partner will cherish. Friendly staff, gorgeous food, exceptional rooms. What's more to ask for. Thanks to The Percy Arms for having us. We will be back xx 😘
