had a problem with the toilet but this was dealt with by a refund quickly and easily Really appreciated how quiet this simple centre of town pub was

Friendly staff who were very helpful on check in and gave advice on where to go for breakfast. The room was very well furnished and cosy. The pub itself is lovely with a friendly atmosphere.

The pub often has live music on a Sunday afternoon. It did not bother us as fair enough to hear pub noise when you stay in a pub, but be aware that you can hear it in the room.

Fantastic room we had the king-size double and the pub down stairs is beautiful and very good bar prices would highly recommend

Near to my friends house

The car parking that was supposed to be available wasn’t until after 11 pm . So had to leave car on road

Room was fabulous. Clean spacious and exactly what was needed for a stopover. Bed was super comfy and the shower was great. Very clean and lots of space.

Heating was on and room was very hot when we arrived back to room at midnight and couldn’t work out how to turn it off as it was a radiator. Thank goodness there was a fan that we used but still got a bit too hot and uncomfortable no idea why the heating was on at midnight but other than that the room was perfect

Spotlessly clean room, super friendly staff, great location, excellent pub underneath. Quieter than expected given the pub below.

There was some sort of whirring machine that went on and off during the night. Maybe the cellar cooler? Not the end of the world though.

Central to Leek and parking

2 single beds pushed together and hot tap hard to turn off.

Very clean, staff were accommodating and polite. The room was comfortable with everything we needed.
