Churchills Inn & Rooms

Great location within Bowness on Windermere. We only stayed for 2 nights but fully appreciated what the area had to offer. Kathy was a great host, very friendly, approachable and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The room was spot on for us, very clean. It was great our little dog was with us as well, this was lovely.

Nothing we didn’t like, we enjoyed our little stay, but as expected parking the Car was a little awkward in this busy little town, but the available car parks are all close by.

Perfect location for your stay in Bowness, staff are lovely and very friendly. Would highly recommend. Bedrooms were very clean and comfortable, tea, coffee facilities a bonus.

Beautiful property, great location and dog friendly! Staff were lovely, especially Kath! So friendly and attentive, made sure we had everything we needed! Will definitely be back!

I was very pleasantly surprised at how lovely the property and garden area was for the money. Absolutely perfect location just mins walk from the lake, bars and restaurants yet not noisey I slept perfect really comfy bed. I always expect places that allow dogs to be abit shabby but you'd never know a dog had stayed there. It was lovely and clean. The owners and staff were really welcoming and couldn't do more Absolutely lovely people. I stayed for the weekend with my dog and child and will definitely stay here again.
