Warm friendly welcoming staff as soon as we introduced ourselves. The room was clean, and complimentary tea drinks biscuits and shampoo filled daily. The food was restaurant quality. You must try their fish chips. They're the best in whitby and couldn't find anywhere close to the quality. We will definitely return. Parking wasn't a problem as we stayed on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday.

Staff very polite friendly food was fresh and big portions with quality views of cliff sea &golf course are fantastic room we was in was separate to main block with sky light in breakfast you had literally what you wanted including continental. 10 mins walk to beach 30 mini walk to main town but bus stops only 5 min walk rooms very clean big beds TV was nice and big etc

Waiting for the evening meal waiting time 40 mins

Stunning view over the golf course, cliffs and sea, while eating breakfast and our evening meal, lots of seating didn't feel crammed. Bedroom and bathroom, clean, warm and smelt fresh. Friendly staff, very helpful.

Nothing to be honest. If you were being ridiculously picky the hot tap turned the wrong way in the bathroom, no big deal, the bed being extra large and comfy definitely made me forget the tap!
