"Great little hotel."

Really friendly staff. Great location. Excellent food. Welcoming atmosphere.

The church bells- but I think everywhere in conwy has that problem. I like to sleep with the window ajar which is perhaps why they bothered me more. Great if your a monk being awoken for matins at 3am. Not so great in secular 21st century UK. But thats not the fault of the establishment.

Breakfast was good the roon and hotel was nice would return again

The mattress was out of shape it fell to the left and the pillows were flat

Fabulous location and food with everything you need for a lovely weekend stay! The staff were exceptional!

The room was lovely, not the old mattresses. They need urgent upgrading to provide a comfortable sleep. Hence our score. 8/10. Because they sagged (not soft just sagging) it created a ridge inbetween the two single beds pushed together.
