"Lovely hotel"

Staff very friendly and helpful, lovely choice of food. Nice bar. Clean rooms.

Stairs quite steep, bed quite hard. To be fair if you are unfit this would only be a problem.

"Great location but noisy"

Location was ideal and room was a good size. Breakfast was lovely!

Windows are very thin, bin men collection at 04:50am then alcohol delivery or empties at 5am extremely noisy. Mattress soft and squeaky on every movement. We didn’t sleep well but loved Conwy and our stay
