Το μόνο καλό του ξενοδοχείου είναι η τοποθεσία του όλα τα υπόλοιπα είναι φτωχά σε σχέση με την τιμή του ξενοδοχείου. Οι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι φτωχοί και σχεδόν βρώμικοι, χωρίς βεράντα, φασαρία από τον δρόμο και το bar στην πίσω πλευρα του ξενοδοχείου.
