Superbe logement avec un accueil des plus chaleureux et fleuri. Les propriétaires sont vraiment très gentils et arrangeants. J'ai adoré mon séjour là-bas. La vue est magnifique et la douche originale. Le service blanchisserie est parfait et très rapide.

Le petit-déjeuner est un peu cher pour sa qualité.

The room was clean, bedsheets and towels were very fresh. This place is ok if you are going to be out for the whole day and just need a place to sleep.

Rooms downstairs are lacking privacy as everything is visible from the reception deck. So I had to keep my curtains closed all the time which made the room completely dark. There was no toilet paper 🫠 My biggest issue was the water in the sink. It was so stinky that I decided not to use it. One more thing you need to keep in mind especially if you have breathing issues: the place is located next to the ricefield. And local people might be burning the remains of the crops from time and some trash as well. So there will be a lot of smoke and it's hard to breathe.

An amazing, magical place with a view of Mount Agung. Wonderful and flexible hosts who helped us with everything we needed (they did our laundry and arranged transportation for us).

Unfortunately, we have to leave a bad review. We had to change our accommodation as we couldn't sleep there. The room was full of mold and had a very strong smell, even after running the AC for 15 minutes. When we checked in, the windows were open and there was already a slight odor, but we didn't think much of it. However, when we came back after dinner, it was truly unbearable. We quickly decided to change hotels and requested a refund. The owner only responded via WhatsApp, saying we should have informed him sooner. We replied, but never heard back. Very disappointed with how the situation was handled.
