Location was perfect Staff were very helpful organised a scooter very quickly and helped us change dates due to silent sea day Value for money is spot on

Close to best restaurants and paddle out to shipwreck surf break and good too see some clear water and coral sand

I feel the location is hands down the best part about this property. Nothing is better than being able to wake up and walk 20 yards to the beach. It’s also located next to other spots that offered great option for hanging out, drinks and music. Also hot water for the win!! It was so nice to actually have hot water in the shower. I heard many other people on the island complaining that their accommodation didn’t have hot water so kudos because that was a big relief to have. Also the cafe was really nice. Grabbed a smoothie everyday and sat on the beach for breakfast. Also had a really bad mosquito problem the first night, told the owner and when I returned to my room there was bug spray and a mosquito repellent light that helped immensely. No more problems being eaten alive after that.

The pictures online are very outdated. I was surprised to see the conditions of the bungalows when I got there. The sheets on the bed also were not the cleanest and neither was the bathroom wasn’t either. I think mosquito nets would a great addition to the bungalow. And a full sheet. Not sure why there was a half sheet. It worked fine as I turned it the long way since I was sleeping alone but it wouldn’t have worked if there were more than one person sleeping in the bed.

Everything, good money paid out for false advertising. Language barrier always an excuse in an attempt to gain an answer despite using sign language, writing things on paper, etc. Cleaners everyday outside room "yakking constantly in high pitch tone", no respect to visitors being on holidays. Stated amenities included Shower however no where did it state "NO HOT WATER" - ridiculous. No internet reception in bedroom, only good reception hanging over verandah.

Very little. meeting another resident who asked me about issues that she had (same as mine) at least she was give a cake of Lux soap when she complained about not even a small cake of soap supplied on arrival. The original picture of the frontage advertised on booking.com is nothing like it actually is, false advertising, alluding and misleading advertising.

I understood prior that No breakfast included. However even more thankful no breakfast was included due to poor state of cleanliness of the bungalow. Cleaners everyday outside room "yakking constantly in high pitch tone", no respect to visitors being on holidays. Shower included this time was supposed to include hot water however water pressure poor, ebbed and erred, temperate warmth mostly. Detail video taken of behind the scenes, cobwebs, years of dust caked on walls, under bed & in drawers prior person's leftovers. Garbage bin, no liners black & putrid and so too was toilet brush both disgusting, I took both outside area at the back. What would have been done during Covid only one can guess!!!! No soap same as in other room prior at Agung's. Free Wi-Fi, well only if you are leaning over the side of the balcony, no Wi-Fi reception in the bedrooms. The air conditioner minimal strength to push out probably black mould, I truly wonder when last time filter was cleaned, when you mention this issue to management, the reply is "I get technicians" (Never saw any there). The Wi-Fi was addressed after it finally dropped out altogether, despite asking prior about poor reception.

Location, location, location and good value for money!

Ibu & Pak Agung are the most lovely, friendly and helpful hosts. The location is fabulous, a 30 second walk to the beach and the very lovely Ginger & Jamu restaurant right at the front serving delicious & healthy food.
