View over the sea from the property is great. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Shower area very clean and well designed and installed (it really stood out in this regard, relative to other properties we stayed while in Indonesia). Beds and towels are clean. We want to give particular commendation to operational manager Herwin, who was of great assistance to us every time!

Das Hotel ist ein wenig ausserhalb der Stadt und im Grünen. Herwin hat uns direkt herzlich begrüsst und die Möglichkeiten aufgezeigt die wir an unserem freien Tag machen können. Wir haben uns dann für eine Schnorcheltour entschieden und haben dort auch Schildkröten gesehen. Am Abend wollten wir zum nahen Beachclub laufen. Leider stolperte ich und schlug mein Knie stark auf. Im Hotel angekommen holte Herwin direkt Verbandszeug und kümmerte sich sehr um mich. Weiter fuhren sie uns dann spontan in den Spital. Am nächsten Tag versuchte Herwin einen Private Transfer nach Kerinci für uns zu organisieren, da der Public Transport ein bisschen speziell war (Gepäck wurde aufs Dach gebunden etc.) Wir können das Hotel daher nur wärmstens empfehlen. Praktisch ist, dass das Hotel sich auch auf dem Weg nach Kerinci befindet. Heisst die Fahrt war ein wenig kürzer zu unserem nächsten Spot :)

Beautiful property the room was a dream, great view, bathroom and deluxe bedroom was magical. Andika and Herwin were super friendly and helpful too they gave us some great recommendations for things to do in the area

Nothing- lots of mosquitoes though and nowhere close to buy repellant so bring some with you

Schöne (Garten-)Anlage südlich der Stadt.

Bei einem „Zimmer mit Seeblick“ finde ich ein Zimmer mit Restaurantdach- und Waldblick mit in den Lücken erkennbarem Meer nicht in Ordnung. Die neuen Luxus-Zimmer hätten den erwarteten Blick gehabt, das Angebot für ein Upgrade war überzogen. Dafür in Relation zu anderen Unterkünften auf Sumatra, in denen ich war, deutlich zu teuer.

We were warmly greeted during check-in by a helpful member of the staff and kindly assisted by Herwin with the check-out. The room was clean and had an amazing view. The garden was beautiful.

Authentic wooden buildings, beautifull garden and view

Wonderful view on the ocean. The cottages are located in the jungle, you can hear the animals at night. Food was ok; service was friendly.

Mosquitoes within the moquito net. That is not supposed to happen. The mosquito nets are flimsy contraptions only. Interior is old. Curtain rail wobbles, one does not dare to close the curtains.

La struttura è bella e gode di un bel clima grazie al fatto che si trova sopra una collina. Personale molto cortese e gentile. Il ristorante è buono

Il menù offre più cibi di altre nazionalità che indonesiane. La colazione è imbarazzante. Le recensioni erano molto alte ma dopo aver visto la camera non me ne capacito. Oltretutto la zona è scomoda perché a volte i grab non arrivano pur essendo a 15 minuti dal centro di Padang. Il bagno è fatiscente, oltretutto non funzionava l acqua calda e ho dovuti chiamarli per far ripartire la caldaia
