La excelente atención recibida de Andrea una persona muy servicial, muy amable que nos hizo disfrutar la estadía y nos dió muy buena información. Realmente un placer hablar con ella, una excelente persona y un gusto conocerla y tratar con ella.

El resto del personal muy serio y como desconforme lo cual no nos hizo sentirnos a gusto. La habitación tenía muy poca iluminación.

Muito bom café da manhã, localização boa, mas se faz necessário automóvel. Funcionários atenciosos e educados. Local muito bonito, instalações antigas mais confortáveis. Mobiliário de época, bem bonitos.

Ao entardecer havia muitos mosquitos, inviabilizando permanecer fora da habitação.

La cena y desayuno muy completo

El frío de las habitaciones y la bañera muy incomoda,. Es como estar en una casa antigua de la época del Fortín San Miguel qué se encuentra cerca. Muy hermoso parque y lindas piscinas.

"Potential for excellence with professional training of staff."

Location, surroundings, facilities, decor.

Staff was helpful but not trained to be receiving international guests. Food was very disappointing.
